DEPOSITS
All deposits are non refundable (unless an unfortunate event takes place with the puppy) In order to take the puppy home the remanding balance must be paid upon time of pick up at 8 weeks of age. If for any reason the remanding balance cannot be paid by pick up, the seller will no longer be able to hold the puppy, for the buyer, anymore; the deposit placed on the puppy will not be refunded and the seller will resell the puppy. If the buyer has completely paid for the puppy and taken the puppy home and for any reason they change their mind and want to return the puppy the seller will gladly take the puppy back; no refunds will be given under any circumstances
If the buyer has paid in full and has not picked up the puppy by 8 weeks of age then the buyer must either pay an additional holding fee or the seller has the choice to rehome the puppy; no refunds will be given under any circumstances. In the case when an additional payment is paid to hold puppy, the buyer must pick up by that date or they forfeit all rights to the puppy and the seller will have no choice but to rehome the puppy; no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
If any puppy gets sick or hurt while in the sellers care they will not place the puppy for sale. All puppies/dogs up for sale are completely healthy, from the sellers’ knowledge; If for any reason a puppy gets sick after the deposit is placed-before they leave the sellers care-the seller will make sure they get the proper medical care. Once they leave the sellers care the seller is no longer responsible for any health costs or care.
Seller Reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy at anytime.
